2022 Outpatient Rehab Summary
- No significant change in response time with referrals to outpatient rehabilitation with the majority of sites meeting the target of 1 day
- Overall decrease in time from acute care discharge to outpatient rehabilitation admission, however, there is still opportunity to move towards achieving the target of 2 days across the system
Outpatient Rehab: Self-Assessment
- Slight increase in standards met for System of Access compared with 2021
- Increase in standards achieved for Early Assessment and Management
- No significant change in Community Reintegration Supports compared with 2021
- Increase in standards for Specialized Teams and Resources that changed from not yet initiated to work in progress
- No significant change in Infrastructure and Governance compared with 2021
