2022 Acute Summary
- The majority of organizations have achieved and exceeded the target volume of patients with stroke/TIA who were admitted to the stroke unit although there is still opportunity for improvement in the proportion of patients who access the stroke unit during their inpatient stay
- AlphaFIM® completion rates were achieved across organizations
- Opportunity to improve time to inpatient rehab from acute care admission

- No sig change in Early Assessment and Management
- Improvement in Community Re-integration Supports
- Improved access to Specialized Teams and Resources, but opportunities exist with quality improvement work with standards that are in progress
- Increase in standards that have been met in Infrastructure and Governance, but some opportunities for quality improvement work in progress remain
